And so, this is the vacation. And where do people usually go for a vacation? Probably, to some warmer countries. But we were tough enough to send AnVe to Arctic archipelago Spitsbergen aka Svalbard to reunite our litfamily in the northern trails. We’ve been apart for 4 months already. My adventures have started from the Domodedovo airport. Boeing broke down and while it was being repaired two people decided to flee and there came customs clearance. After came the policemen with the dog and then we finally went aloft. We had to wait for 2 hours inside the plane.
Happy Defender of the Fatherland Day, dear defenders and to whom it may concern! Some are celebrating, other are just answering the greetings. By the way, in 1956, on Feb 23rd the monument to Victory was founded on Poklonnaya Hill in Moscow, a very beautiful and tragic place.
Litfamily sends greetings to all who loves, is loved and to those who are searching for love! We wish you joy and inviolate mutual love! And may AnVe meet the holiday with a mixed reception, it is still a nice moment to wish people kindness, peace, incredible feelings and light.
Today, on Feb. 11th our family turned 11.5. This is not so even, this is no anniversary, but it’s a date. First time in our life we are apart on such a day: AnVe is in Moscow, Inguz is in Norway (where all inguzes must be) We have been through many things, we have more to come, but you shoul know, dear readers, that if people are crazy in similar way - it makes power.
Actually this post must have been about my trip to Longyearbyen, or about the end of polar night, or at least about some methods of teaching and translation transformations. But my world decided the other way - despite being tired of my trip, I headed for our club to see the concert of Saami singer Sofia Jannok. It was rather some kind of a journalist reflex than a conscious will.
